Looking back, my time at RS Software was a journey of growth and transformation. Starting as a Business Analyst and progressing to a Product Manager, I had the opportunity to contribute to building scalable payment solutions, including platforms like Payabbhi®. The mentorship and guidance from talented individuals, combined with a collaborative culture, helped me evolve from execution-focused roles to strategic product thinking. The skills, relationships, and confidence I gained continue to shape my professional journey.
I spent a decade across different locations. Each geography taught me something unique and I adapted. RS had A class leadership, a robust and solid delivery engine, an amazing support staff and a great set of colleagues. RS is a unique boutique payments products company.
I began my career at RS Software and spent over two decades there. The experience I gained is deeply ingrained in me—the company gave me invaluable exposure to IT, business, and a wide spectrum of technologies and roles. I had wonderful mentors, strong support for self-development, and the opportunity to pursue higher education. The open, friendly yet structured environment, along with the trust and encouragement from leaders and colleagues, shaped my values, perspective, and career. I also carry with me lasting friendships and bonds that continue even today.
My journey at RS Software, started as that of a Business Analyst and soon evolved into a Product Owner role. The transition acted as a catalyst towards my professional growth and working in a high-pressure environment taught me resilience and cultivated leadership skills. Thanks to some incredible leaders in the company, I was able to gather immense knowledge and experience in the payments domain. Special mention to the HR team, whose personalised support ensured that employee needs were met with a human touch.
