Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Governance

• Track on-time, within-budget, and within-scope delivery of all implementation and service projects.
• Establish and enforce standardized project governance, delivery methodologies, and stage-gate controls.
• Track and report delivery KPIs, milestones, and dependencies across the project portfolio.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and ensure timely mitigation to prevent schedule or cost slippage.

Budget Management

• Develop and maintain detailed project and portfolio budgets, factoring in all anticipated costs, dependencies, and contingencies.
• Continuously monitor project expenditures against approved budgets, identify variances, and analyze root causes.
• Drive corrective actions in collaboration with delivery and finance teams to prevent budget overruns.
• Prepare periodic budget and financial performance reports for project and program stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and potential financial risks.
• Present budget status, variance analysis, and risk outlook to Senior Leadership, enabling informed decision-making and financial governance.

Financial Management & Control

• Own project financial governance, ensuring actual delivery costs are aligned to or lower than approved Financial Estimates (FE).
• Review and validate FE sheets for all opportunities to ensure accuracy, realism, and audit readiness.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives, including optimal resource mix and use of low-cost resources, without impacting delivery quality.
• Ensure on-time invoicing, payment follow-ups, and proactive tracking of receivables in coordination with finance teams.
• Ensure accurate revenue accruals and forecasting, with documented justification for any variance from guidance.

Resource & Capacity Management

• Monitor and drive high levels of resource utilization across the organization.
• Identify utilization risks early and work with delivery and practice leaders on corrective actions.
• Support demand–supply planning and capacity forecasting to optimize staffing efficiency.

Risk, Compliance & Quality

• Establish and govern robust risk identification, tracking, and mitigation frameworks across all projects.
• Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations defined in MSAs, SoWs, and POs.
• Govern Agile delivery to ensure agreed KPIs, benchmarks, and maturity standards are met.

Stakeholder Management & Governance Forums

• Lead monthly service and governance reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between POs, MSAs, and SoWs before project initiation.
• Ensure all client communications, alignments, and deviations are formally documented and approved.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on delivery health, budget performance, risks, and financial outlook.

Reporting & PMO Tool Enablement

• Ensure timely, accurate, and error-free reporting of delivery, financial, utilization, and budget metrics.
• Maintain executive dashboards and portfolio-level views for leadership decision-making.
• Drive adoption of PMO tools and automation to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy and turnaround time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in PMO, Program Management, or Delivery Governance roles
• Strong expertise in budget planning, cost control, variance analysis, and financial reporting
• Solid understanding of project financials, revenue accruals, invoicing, and receivables
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery frameworks
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-project portfolios
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with PMO tools, dashboards, and process automation

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe or equivalent certifications
• Experience in IT services, product engineering, or managed services environments
• Prior exposure to large enterprise or regulated client engagements
