Life at RS is a perfect blend of challenging assignments and vibrant lifestyle. The RS Family comprises of more than 500 brilliant minds, who believe in celebrating every moment of life.
Be it cracking a tech puzzle or shaking a leg at the dance floor, coordinating business workshops or giving their best shot in the Badminton court, RSites are always eager to excel. There’s little by way of hierarchy and more of team spirit in the RS Family. Maybe, that is why many of our members have joined back after having taken a short break to explore other opportunities.
RS encourages various events and interest activities that make for social gatherings to keep the spirit of fun alive. Sports and various other activities fill up the spare time of the RSites and add a dash of color to their daily lives.
Annual Day
Annual Day is a much awaited event and provides ample opportunity to talented employees for cultural self-expression. The show on one hand showcases the company’s focus and commitment on achieving operational excellence, and on the other, brings out those hidden cultural talents that enable our employees to bond with each other. The Annual Performance Awards and Long Service Awards are also given out during the event.
RS Club
RS Club creates opportunities for social networking for RSites. It provides a platform where everyone can interact freely with each other and expose their multifaceted talents to ease out the monotony of the routine workplace that often blocks mental growth.
The impersonal environs of the workplace often leave its employees with a feeling of detachment. Since its inception, the club has been trying to spread a smile and create an enduring sense of belonging to the RS family. The RS Club conducts various activities that range from quizzes, dumb charades and music competitions to games such as football and badminton and get-togethers, or simply sharing a sweet dish with everyone. The club helps employees bond together either through direct participation in or through organizing events. Participating in the Club's activities rejuvenates employees so that they can return to work in a more upbeat frame of mind. This builds rapport among employees and is expected to lead to a more harmonious workplace by fostering a sense of fraternity amongst RS-ites who are all club members by default.
