HR Assistant
Job Description
Provide administrative support to HR Manager; including but not limited to: organizing and maintaining files; preparing letters; new hire paperwork coordination and follow ups
Immigration documentation and routine follow ups
Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database
Handle confidential information with integrity
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Desired Experience & Skills :
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in an IT Company
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software tools and aptitude for assimilating new technologies
Strong communication skills
Must have effective writing, proofreading and problem solving skills
Excellent customer service mindset and strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task
HRIS experience preferred
BS Degree in Human Resources preferred, but not mandatory
