HR Assistant

Job Description
  • Provide administrative support to HR Manager; including but not limited to: organizing and maintaining files; preparing letters; new hire paperwork coordination and follow ups
  • Immigration documentation and routine follow ups
  • Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database
  • Handle confidential information with integrity
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

  • Desired Experience & Skills :
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in an IT Company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software tools and aptitude for assimilating new technologies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must have effective writing, proofreading and problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer service mindset and strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • HRIS experience preferred
  • BS Degree in Human Resources preferred, but not mandatory
