US based merchant processing company buys Merchant Boarding product from RS
May 29, 2007 - A merchant processing company based in the US bought the Merchant Boarding product of RS last year. That was the first product sale ever by RS. Since then the client has been so impressed with RS’ work that it has extended its association beyond the sale and signed up for more projects. It has expressed confidence in “our continued goodwill and partnership.”
RS’ efforts to sell its Merchant Boarding and Residual Management product suite began last year. RS had proposed a fortnight’s onsite analysis of the products in the client’s environment. After a successful review, the client decided to buy them.
Discussions between the two companies had started in June 2006, and the deal was finally closed on September 8, 2006. RS used its product frameworks and customized them as per client requirements. Once deployed, the products runs in a live environment.
RS has now become the client's preferred technology partner. The company is building a next-generation credit card processing system focused on the needs of Independent Sales Organizations and agent banks. They intends to be a leading merchant processor in the US in the next couple of years.
The client recently signed another new contract. The project involves designing and developing a clearing engine.
The client is clearly happy with the quality of work RS has delivered. The company has repeatedly expressed trust and satisfaction. |
