Medical Insurance
The purpose of this scheme is to reimburse employees for expenses incurred by them for hospitalization. The coverage for a maximum of 4 persons, including the employee and three dependents can be utilized either individually or collectively per year. The policy covers reimbursement of Hospitalization and / or domiciliary hospitalization expenses only for illness, diseases contracted or injury sustained policy.
Employee Referral Incentive Scheme
ERIS or Employee Referral Incentive Scheme is meant to encourage RSites to refer associates or friends for joining RS Software against open positions in the organization. Apart from the HR and Sourcing team, this scheme is applicable to every employee irrespective of whether permanent, temporary or on probation and the employee will become eligible for the incentive once the referred candidate joins RS. Employees are eligible for the “Employee Referral Incentive scheme” whenever a position referred by them is filled. This facility has also being extended to the RS Alumni community.
Certification
We have a well-defined certification policy, whereby we encourage our professionals to go for certification courses, which would be beneficial to both the individual as well as the organization.
Working from home
In today’s challenging business environment, our quest is to bring about a balance between business continuity and ensuring work/life balance for our employees. This policy is primarily focused to offer flexibility in compelling situations. The objective of this policy is to facilitate flexible hours of work for employees in certain situations so that the employees may be able to work from home instead of having to come to the office. Being an employee friendly company, we are sure that this policy will be of great help in certain compelling situations to handle employees’ professional as well as personal commitments effectively.

"Working from Home" Policy is a "complement” rather than a substitute for work in the workplace.
