The purpose of this scheme is to reimburse RS employees for expenses incurred by them for hospitalization. The coverage for a maximum of 4 persons, including the employee and three dependents can be utilized either individually or collectively per year. The policy cover reimbursement of Hospitalization and / or domiciliary hospitalization expenses only for illness, diseases contracted or injury sustained policy. |
Cellular phones & Laptops
Cell phones with a corporate connection along with laptops are given out to senior members, Business Execution Managers, Delivery Managers and Process Owners. These are crucial roles and the role-holders in these positions play a significant role in the successful implementation of the organization’s business plan. |
Transport
The company provides pay-&-use facility of pickup and drop from key positions, to all its employees. |
Loans
RS extends monetary assistance on recoverable basis to permanent employees who have completed at least one year with RS. |
Employee Referral Incentive Scheme
ERIS or Employee Referral Incentive Scheme is meant to encourage RSites to refer associates or friends for joining R S Software against open positions in the organization. The scheme is applicable to every employee irrespective of whether permanent, temporary or on probation and the employee will become eligible for the incentive once the referred candidate joins RS. |
Support Services
RS has a support services policy to facilitate the employees to submit their personal Telephone bills, Personal mobile phone bills, Electricity bill, Credit Card bill, Road Tax Corporation /Municipal Tax through drop-box facility. |
