for our ex-employees. The
amount of incentive payable to the ex-employee
will be determined by the designation offered
to the referred candidate on joining. |

The ex-employee who has referred the candidate
will become eligible for the incentive only
after the candidate completes a minimum
of six months of continuous service or becomes
eligible for confirmation, whichever is
later.

If
the referred candidate leaves (or his/her
service is terminated by the organisation)
before the completion of the aforesaid period,
the ex-employee will not be eligible for any
incentive. |

The
scheme is subject to future modification,
withdrawal and re-introduction without giving
any prior reasons and the communication of
the same will happen only thru this website. |
